At Westhaven Luxury Apartments, residents have access to our 24/7 fitness center, a resort-style pool, and WiFi cafe. While no utilities are included in the rental price of your apartment home, residents can feel at ease upon finding their haven and the perfect place to call home.
At Westhaven Luxury Apartments, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Westhaven Luxury Apartments, the application fee is $50 per applicant and is non-refundable. There is also an administration fee of $120.
At Westhaven Luxury Apartments, residents are responsible for all utilities including: electric, water, sewage, valet trash, internet, cable, and renter's insurance.
Westhaven Luxury Apartments is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a fee of $15 a month, per pet. Additionally, there is a $300 pet security deposit due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Upon move-out, $100 of the pet security deposit is refundable. Westhaven Luxury Apartments is located within the Zionsville Community School District. Nearby schools include: Stonegate Elementary, Zionsville West Middle School, and Zionsville Community High School.
Residents of Westhaven Luxury Apartments can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order.
At Westhaven Luxury Apartments, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests. Additionally, Westhaven Luxury Apartments offers semi-attached garage spaces available for an additional monthly fee of $150. A detached garage space is also available for a monthly-fee of $100.
