At Westhaven Luxury Apartments, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.

At Westhaven Luxury Apartments, the application fee is $50 per applicant and is non-refundable. There is also an administration fee of $120.

At Westhaven Luxury Apartments, residents are responsible for all utilities including: electric, water, sewage, valet trash, internet, cable, and renter's insurance.

Westhaven Luxury Apartments is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a fee of $15 a month, per pet. Additionally, there is a $300 pet security deposit due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Upon move-out, $100 of the pet security deposit is refundable

At Westhaven Luxury Apartments, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests. Additionally, Westhaven Luxury Apartments offers semi-attached garage spaces available for an additional monthly fee of $150. A detached garage space is also available for a monthly-fee of $100.
